1. Having experience as Desk Collection Supervisor or Assistant Manager at least for 2 years 

2. Having experience leading large team at least 2 TLs and >30 Agents/Operators

3. Good knowledge in Collection  

4. Good leadership, be able to build and lead a team 

5. Good understanding in control, monitoring and coaching 

6. Good understanding in reading Collection reports 

7. Having good communication in English both written and verbal

8. Able to work under pressure and with target

9. Able to adapt quickly with the working environment

10. Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision, strong control attitude and making necessary decision within given authority

11. Candidate must possess at least Diploma degree (any field)
